How to Order Prescription Glasses

Simply pick your favorite frame, choose your lens type, and submit your prescription (sphere, cylinder, PD, etc.) by entering it manually, uploading a photo, or emailing it later to website@cyxus.com. Then select your lens features (blue-light blocking, polarized, photochromic) and refractive index for lens thickness — our team is ready to help at website@cyxus.com if you have any questions.
How long does it take to Process and ship my Prescription Glasses?

Standard prescription orders are processed by our lab within 3 business days, while custom pairs may take up to 7 business days. Once your glasses are ready, we will ship them within 48 hours — for specific updates on your order timeline, feel free to reach out to our customer service team.
What will your Glasses come with?

Every pair of Cyxus glasses arrives with a microfiber lens cleaning cloth, a protective case, a premium branded gift box, and a care & maintenance guide. For sunglasses or polarized sunglasses, we also include a UV test card so you can verify the protection yourself.
How long does Delivery take?

Standard shipping to the US typically takes 7–14 business days, while remote areas and other countries may take 12–21 business days — delays may occur due to holidays, weather, customs, or other uncontrollable factors. Need it faster? Select express shipping at checkout for delivery in just 3–5 days.
When will I get my Order?

Non-prescription orders ship within 48 hours, while confirmed prescription orders first go through a 3–7 day lab customization process before shipping. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 12–21 business days depending on your location.
What is the Return Policy?

You may return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery. Defective or damaged items qualify for a free replacement, while unsatisfactory or wrong-size orders are eligible for a 50% refund (excluding shipping). Prescription glasses are custom-made and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue.
